Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made not less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the tour, or cancellations necessitated by adverse weather conditions as determined solely by the Company, shall be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less the applicable PayPal transaction commission, estimated at approximately ten percent (10%). Delivery of Photographic Materials The Company endeavors, on a best-efforts basis, to deliver photographic materials within two (2) to three (3) business days following the tour. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client acknowledges and agrees that delivery may require a period of seven (7) to ten (10) business days, due to the limited availability of timeframes when the Milky Way may be photographed (specifically, when the moon is below the horizon) and the consequent high demand for such tours. The Client further acknowledges that the designated tour guide also serves as the photographer, resulting in a high volume of consecutive bookings during such periods.
